Job Description
The position involves processing customer orders received by telephone, fax, internet and email.
Development good business relationships with all accounts
Identifying sales opportunities with existing and new accounts
Reporting on sales activities and providing relevant management information
Responsible for resolving queries
Keeping up to date the customer base contact details and business information
Actively support other team members
Providing a wide range of assistance for our sales team
Performing administrative duties when necessary


The hours of work will be 8-30 to 17-30 Monday to Friday
Salary £11k-£16k (Depending on experience)

Field Sales Account Executive

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and confident Sales Executive to provide a high level of sales and customer service to new accounts.

We are a Business to Business office products company supplying stationery, furniture, computer supplies, paper, printing and everything else that the modern office requires.

Working from the Glasgow office the successful candidate will be able to handle customer enquiries and maintain, develop and increase sales.

Key activities include:
Achieving monthly sales targets
Managing customers queries, reporting and resolving them to the satisfaction of the customer
Handling incoming telephone enquires to agreed quality standards

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A proven sales track record  
An enthusiastic and self motivated approach to sales
Relationship building skills
An ability to prioritise and use initiative
Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will most definitely be a self starter
 Salary: Starting basic is negotiable (depending on experience)

We need cheerful and intelligent people to join our busy sales team. If you have experience in customer service and like dealing with people then this could be your ideal next position. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to form long term business relationships. You will work within a team  taking and progressing orders from some of the largest companies in the country.
